We are a bunch of MBAs who have gathered several years of industry experience in both startups and fortune 500 companies. With our skillset we have created the impact on our customers in five different continents. Through our international education and multi-cultural work environments, we have encapsulated and developed a global outlook towards the industry and most importantly towards the people! was created as a result of simple observation: by sharing our learning, our experiments and our experiences we want to enable people to grow their potential, be productive, be respected, be valued and flourish. A conceptual and strategic thinker who loves to explore new ideas and to connect the dots to make them happen. Chris gained extensive project management experience by managing manifold transnational IT projects with diverse scopes and diverse and geographically distributed virtual project teams. His ability to understand IT and business needs led him to often operate as an interface between IT and other departments. While delivering excellent results, Chris' main focus was often put on the overall user experience and employee satisfaction with provided IT services.

Personally, Chris is passionate about video games, photography and loves to travel. He is what most people call 'a nerd' who loves technology and the Internet. Currently, Chris is specialising in free-to-play video games and does his research on monetization.

Christopher Hana

Matteo is a strategist and digital analytics expert who combines creative, analytical, and entrepreneurial approach to deliver compelling results on-demand. He earned his PhD in Management & Organizations from the University of Rome Tor Vergata and an MBA from the WHU Otto Beisheim School of Management (Germany). He has been Visiting Scholar at New York University - Stern School of Business (USA) in Organizational Behaviour Studies and Research Fellow at the University of Florence. In the Fall of 2013, he has been selected by Deutsche Börse for their annual summit "Innovation in Market Data + Services" about projects in Big Data.

After an international experience in which he explored the use of Big Data in Marketing, in 2014 Matteo founded Doise Group, a consulting firm specializing in Digital Strategy and Analytics for government organizations, NGOs and companies that through new media and technologies want to develop strategies to achieve their customers and their target.

Matteo Belardi

Maurizio is a Product Manager for Carmudi GmbH, a startup focused on becoming the leading car classifieds platform. In this role, he works together with IT and marketing to design the best product for the customers. Before joining Carmudi GmbH, he was in Reply GmbH as project manager and IT consultant and was lucky enough to work with amazing clients such as Vodafone, Deutsche Telekom and O2. He is truly passionate about building great innovative products and always eager to connect with other creative folks.

He did his MBA from the WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management and two MSc from the Politecnico di Torino and the BarcelonaTech. Maurizio is a world citizen, traveller, ideator and an entrepreneur building marketing platform for the gaming industry: Badgefunnel.

Maurizio Bellemo

Started as a Software Engineer, I soon realized my inclination towards Product and Marketing. My passion drove me to take “learning-by-doing” approach by working overtime for startups. I launched my first online project and grew traffic from 0 to 108000+ visitors in 6 months without spending any dollar. I studied MBA with focus on Entrepreneurship. Post MBA, I worked for one of the largest global incubators outside of US and helped scale it to 8 new markets. Currently, I am juggling responsibilities at an ehealth startup with a strong focus towards acquiring new customers. I breathe, sleep and eat- strategies, tactics and growth!
